ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME

Amazing Intimate Essentials owns and operates a state-of-the-art warehouse and shipping facility located in Cranston, Rhode Island. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm EST (not including holidays).

Although we strive to fulfill and ship all orders the day it is received, there are certain variables that may extend this turnaround time – for example, holidays. Additionally, it is important to note that orders placed after 2pm EST will not ship until the next business day. As such, if an order is placed on a Friday, it will not ship until Monday.

Transit times are dependent on the shipping method chosen during checkout and the distance of your delivery location from our warehouse.     

DISCREET SHIPPING

Amazing Intimate Essentials takes your privacy very seriously, so the following precautions are taken to ensure no one gives your special package a second look!

All orders are shipped in a plain brown box or padded envelope free of any logos or recognizable features. Additionally, shipping labels are nondescript, displaying the sender's name as Metro. Should you require additional discretion when shipping your order, please contact our Customer Experience Team at support@soamazing.com, referencing your order number in the subject line.

SHIPPING WITHIN DOMESTIC US

Amazing Intimate Essentials uses a straightforward, flat-rate domestic shipping plan designed to save you money. Orders greater than $69.00 USD ship free via our Economy shipping method, while orders less than this amount will be presented with the following options at checkout.

  • Economy: $8.00 – 2-4 Business Days (often faster than that)
  • Standard: $11.00 – 2-3 Business Days
  • Express: $23.00 – 1-2 Business Days

 

Domestic orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx at our discretion. Tracking information is always provided and traceable through the carrier. Packages are dispatched uninsured. Should you require insurance for your parcel, please contact our Customer Experience Team at support@soamazing.com, referencing your order number in the subject line. Please note, additional fees will apply to insure your package.

Amazing Intimate Essentials is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, including those shipped to an APO, FPO, or PO Box.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via FedEx International. Prices are calculated using live rates and dependent upon the weight and size of the order along with its destination address. Packages are dispatched uninsured. Should you require insurance for your parcel, please contact our Customer Experience Team at support@soamazing.com, referencing your order number in the subject line. Please note, additional fees will apply to insure your package.

Tracking information is always provided and traceable through the carrier. Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Amazing Intimate Essentials is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or detained packages.

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS

Amazing Intimate Essentials has instituted automatic filters in the checkout process that prevents us from shipping to prisons, schools, or places of worship. If you believe your address is triggering one of these filters, please contact our Customer Experience Team at support@soamazing.com

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Should your order be returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, etc.), we will notify you by email. Should it be determined that the delivery problem was due to an error on the part of Amazing Intimate Essentials or the carrier, then we will either replace your order or issue a refund.
