We get it—the anticipation of getting your sex shop goodies is driving you wild! To check the status of your order, log in to your account. You’ll see one of three updates:
- Preparing for shipment: We are currently processing your order. Once it ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
- Shipped: Your order is on its way! You can now use your tracking information to follow its progress.
- Delivered: The package was delivered to the provided address. For further assistance, contact the mail carrier.
Our warehouse and shipping facility operates Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm EST. Once our sex shop receives your online order, we strive to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will ship the next business day.
Transit times depend on several factors, including the shipping method chosen at checkout and your delivery location.

Your secrets are safe with us! Our sex shop takes your privacy seriously. We use plain boxes and envelopes, and our shipping labels are nondescript. Your nosy neighbors will never know!

Standard: $11 ⏤ Arrives in 2-3 business days.

International rates vary. You’ll see your postage cost before checking out.
Contact customer service immediately if you want to cancel or change your order. Once processed, we cannot change it or stop it from shipping.
If you change your mind before the order is delivered, don’t open the box. Send it back to us, and we will credit you for the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee.
If you have any additional concerns about an order, contact us. The friendly online customer service team at our sex shop will respond to your email within 24 hours on business days.
We accept all major credit cards at our sex toy stores.
Unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the top or bottom of the email. Please allow 48 hours for our list to update.
Due to the nature of sex shops and adult products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a defective or wrong item, complete the Return Form and wait for an authorization number.
For the health and safety of our employees, we do not accept returns to our physical sex shops. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse location with an assigned Return Authorization Number.
Your outbound shipping costs will only be refunded if your return results from our mistake.
